What Are The 3 Styles Of Exercise Science?
What exactly is exercise therapy? There are 3 metabolic ways addressing exercise and it's all related to focusing on what is sports and exercise science.
Before you can utilize the benefits of exercise, it's important to know all of the ways that movements (i.e. exercise) can be helpful to our bodies both physically and metabolically. Prioritizing your workouts around them is the key.
In this week's video blog episode, I explain the 3 types of exercise from a scientific standpoint and how each of the affects our body. Whether you do yoga, bodybuilding, crossfit, or marathon running, each of the 3 have a place in our daily workout routines. In addition, I give you my circuit training routine that you can use for quick and intense workouts.
Once you know what is exercise science and the 3 styles of it, you'll begin to better understand how to structure your exercise routines not only to make them more productive, but it'll help you answer the question of why is exercise adictive?
