How do probiotics support our immune system?

Probiotics and enzymes help to strengthen your immune system.
I'm sure you are curious to know what are enzymes or what do probiotics do in our bodies?  What is the best way to describe probiotics and digestive enzymes?  Many people confuse them and believe that probiotics and enzymes are the same, but it's important to know the distinction and the roles they play to strengthen our immune system.

In this video blog episode, I use an illustration of a scissors and toothbrush bristles to better explain what probiotics and digestive enzymes help us, and if we need to even know what an enzyme is.
Note:  Thanks for watching the video, and I hope you learned a bit about how the immune system is supported by probiotics and enzymes.  If you did, click the like button below or better yet, it would mean the world if you took a screen shot and shared it on your Instagram or Snapchat story.  I'd love to walk with you on your journey to better health, and if you want more information as to how enzymes work in our bodies, click the link to download.
