A few days ago, I delved into the idea that your body could very simply tell you how you could be your ideal weight, and how the first step was to get in love with your body again.  This time in my video blog, I show you specifically what you have to do to change your diet and make your foods work for you.  Oftentimes, we force our foods to be exactly what we need, but it has to be the other way around.  Check out my 2 minute video to see if you have what it takes to get to your optimal weight.

Bonus:  If you are interested in starting on the process of becoming the healthiest you and what the first step is to getting the most out of your foods, you can download a free eBook on what I believe plays the most important role in ensuring the best digestion of the healthy foods you eat.  (Click here to get your free copy).

Jared Toay, aka. the "Popsicle Dude" or the "Mad Scientist" has actively been promoting the importance of gut health and digestion for more than 5 years. Hey Jeanell, it's not so much which foods could raise your body temperature. It's really finding foods that don't slow down (or cool) your body after eating.

But as a trial, make a notation of body temperature after eating foods like cayenne pepper, coconut oil, ginger, or even after having a glass of ice water. It may seem counter intuitive, but as you sip down the ice cold water, your body races to warm up the liquid to your normal temperature.

If it's consistently been low, it could be hormonal or thyroid related as well.
