the key to optimizing digestive health
A common question regarding healthy foods is whether paleo, vegan,  or vegetarian better for you?  How can you optimize one's health regardless of the type of diet you choose to follow? 

It seems to me, that "diets" don't work, so what does?  In this week's episode of my video blog, I delve into the question of how to optimize gut health by looking at the importance of the foods or how you digest the foods.  And after watching the video below, you may find the key to optimizing digestive health.
