Can Behavior Be Changed With Nutrition?
What happens if you feel bad after eating and your behavior was impaired? Would you want to know more of the foods that negatively affect your thoughts?
There is more and more research coming out that is showing a strong correlation between the foods we eat, how we process those foods in our gut, and ultimately how efficiently our brain works. This research is showing that the foods we put into our bodies is black and white: energy supporting or energy-draining, pro-inflammatory, or anti-inflammatory. But how do we use this information?
I believe we have a responsibility to provide the world with our gifts to help others find their own health emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
