Your body regulates its blood sugar by how efficiently it can break down sugars and starches in the body, so doing everything that you can to improve that process is crucial to controlling insulin levels, and ultimately fat storage.

Does Your Body Heal When You Drink Lacto-Fermented Drinks?
How lacto fermentatio works is a mystery to many, but there are many things (most in fact) that you can ferment, like lacto-fermented orange juice.
I enjoy being creative in the kitchen, especially as it relates to making probiotic and fermented foods for my family to enjoy. Part of that fun is fermenting foods at home and then learning how to improve my health is figuring out which of these fermented foods taste great and strengthen your immune system as well.
