Ho do you improve your squatting? And since you're on my probiotic blog, I guess a bigger question would be, "can squats improve your gut health?"
It's a question I posed recently as to whether you can improve gut power by squatting. In this week's video blog episode, I explain a tip I use to help people strengthen their whole body when doing this movement, and inevitably you need a strong core. Your digestion is part of your core so can squatting improve digestion and does it strengthen your gut?
