Ho do you improve your squatting? And since you're on my probiotic blog, I guess a bigger question would be, "can squats improve your gut health?"
It's a question I posed recently as to whether you can improve gut power by squatting. In this week's video blog episode, I explain a tip I use to help people strengthen their whole body when doing this movement, and inevitably you need a strong core. Your digestion is part of your core so can squatting improve digestion and does it strengthen your gut?

Is there a reason to have good gut health, and it's affect on testosterone? Hormones like testosterone, cortisol, and insulin all can affect digestion and ultimately create a low sex drive.
In this week's episode of my video blog, I explain low testosterone and poor digestion, and why is testosterone affected by bad digestion? Using an illustration of a seesaw, I show how to increase testosterone by eating certain foods, and why this is important for a healthy sex drive.
NOTE: Thank you so much for watching these (albeit poorly edited. Lol) videos. I hope you learned a bit more about digestion, gut health, and testosterone. Why do you have body odor? I know it's not necessary the hottest current topic of wellness, but body odor is caused by bacteria and can be attributed to how your body digest foods.
So what is the root cause of body odor and smelling foul? You know I try to relate everything to the health of your gut, so does an unhealthy gut lead to body odor? In this week's episode of my video blog, I "break down" how breaking down foods can improve your smell, and how a high protein diet can cause your body odor to smell like sulfur.

We all know that probiotics are beneficial for gut health, but are they beneficial to eliminate constipation? The best way probiotics can help digestive problems is by helping to resolve the issues associated with a slow-moving digestive tract.
In this video blog episode, I use the illustration of a cup of muddy water, a stream of water, and a glass can give you a great example of why constipation can be helped with probiotics. And for most people who eat a standard american diet, probiotics can only help improve digestion and eliminate waste in the body.
I appreciate you watching this video, and hopefully, you learned a bit about how probiotics can assist you if you have problems digesting foods. Would you do me a huge favor and click the like button below. Or, even better, take a screenshot of this and share it on your Instagram story. When you do, I'll send you an eBook that provides an easy-to-explain illustration of how enzymes work in our bodies and why you should care.
Can food combinations and how you combine foods on your plate improve your overall health? Is your gut health affected by those same food combinations? The Vlog episode attempts to explain the reasons why the order of digestion of foods can indicate whether some will have gas, bloating, and indigestion. If you imagine 3 participants in a race, they will all finish at different times. But imagine if, regardless of how quickly they finished the race, they would all have to wait at the finish line until all were ready to cross the finish line.
Your digestion is the same. Foods digest differently, and those "waiting periods" can give many people problems. Therefore, the food combinations and proper food combining is crucial for weight loss, obtaining valuable nutrients like proteins, and our overall health.
Note: I hope you enjoyed my illustration of the marathon race to reiterate how foods can be like runners who finish at different times during the race. Please click the like button below, or better yet, take a screen shot of this page and share it on your Instagram, Snapchat, or Facebook story. It would help me spread the good word of gut health.
I'm sure you are curious to know what are enzymes or what do probiotics do in our bodies? What is the best way to describe probiotics and digestive enzymes? Many people confuse them and believe that probiotics and enzymes are the same, but it's important to know the distinction and the roles they play to strengthen our immune system.
In this video blog episode, I use an illustration of a scissors and toothbrush bristles to better explain what probiotics and digestive enzymes help us, and if we need to even know what an enzyme is.
Note: Thanks for watching the video, and I hope you learned a bit about how the immune system is supported by probiotics and enzymes. If you did, click the like button below or better yet, it would mean the world if you took a screen shot and shared it on your Instagram or Snapchat story. I'd love to walk with you on your journey to better health, and if you want more information as to how enzymes work in our bodies, click the link to download.
