Who doesn't love a crock pot, right? I'm obsessed with finding crock pot recipes for college students. You know the ones that even a poor college student can make.
There are many names for a crock pot: crock pot express multi cooker, slow cooker, one-pot. In this week's video blog, I make up a batch of pork chops using some very simple slow cooker cooking instructions. Healthy crock pot cooking has never been easier, and when you are on budget based cooking, that slow cooker comes in handy. Watch and see.

When it comes to eating liver or other organ meats, there are many different opinions about how does liver taste, why we should eat it because it's nutritious, or who should not eat liver.
But in this video I shot with my son, we prepare a meal of liver and onions together to find out what liver tastes like and if it is good. (I'll apologize for my son's video skills.... it's always a work in progress with children). :-)
Note: Thanks for watching the video (and hopefully you watched it with subtitles). There are some definite health benefits of eating liver. Ultimately, the question of whether you should eat liver comes down to a philosophical belief or whether you think people are "bad" for eating organ meats because he and I definitely made it quite tasty.
