Is there any fruit that may conjure up summer more than Blackberries? There were many a hot evening spent cleaning out blackberry bushes at the neighborhood park, many times eating handfuls of them still warm from the sun and full of flavor. This is summer indeed. Brewed with my kombucha, the added sage makes them fragrant and maybe a little more sophisticated. It's like my childhood, but all grown up.
