Learn To Handle Your Body Toxicity Like A Pro
How exactly do toxins enter our body? If you are unsure of how many toxins are around you, you might not understand why body toxicity is killing you.
If you hear the word “toxic” or when we talk about toxicity, the most common thought response as to what is is would generally be some sort of controlled poison. You know the ones. Those with the skull and crossbones notification on it. But as it relates to our overall health and wellness, most are also unaware as to how much and how many toxins we are constantly being bombarded with on and in our bodies.
When we think about toxins, it's important to not only look at the ones we consume through our foods, water supply, and atmosphere. Toxicity of our bodies, minds, and souls have been happening consistently over several decades, and based on the information discussed in the media about the increasing obesity, mental illness, or addiction epidemic, there might be a correlation between it and the overall health of society.
Being inundated with toxins in many forms, they begin to act like the plaque that builds upon our teeth. We may brush 2 times a day to remove it, but if you eat junk food and sugared sweets 5 times a day, there is bound to see a build up that might be difficult to remove with 1 or 2 brushings.
The toxins found in our bodies not only come from the chemicals that cover our food supply, but also in common medicines, health & beauty products, and even in the air we breath. Considering the amount of sources that produce toxins around us, removing them requires us to adjust our thinking and apply a constant and active approach to forcibly remove them from our bodies.
