Gut Feeling And Your Brain
How do you use your gut instincts? Do you trust your gut feelings? I hope you took my advice today and listened to your guts and either did something or didn't do something based on what your gut was telling you to do. And got you to thinking a little bit about those you know, the stories that tend to create and recreate in your life and that constantly come up. Those ones? That make you shook your head or maybe you get so frustrated because they keep on coming up.
Well, I want you guys to actually check out your part of the story. Meaning that the one commonality of all those stories is you. And that you actually have the choice to make those changes of whether things can or can't happen to you. You are that guiding force. You're that guiding light, you're the pilot, you are the captain. You are not the passenger of a ship, a passenger of a plane.
You know the thing about guiding light, that thing that's pushing you forward is built inside of you and that's harnessed inside of you, inside your gut. And hopefully over the course of the time, you're going to see that I'm going to show you how you can harness that and use that to create a wonderful being that you are and I'm here with you every step of the way.
Are there situations in your life that require you to questions whether you should or shouldn't trust your gut instincts? In this 1 minute episode of The Mental Minute, I explain how trusting your gut instincts can lead you to make good decisions and how the health of your gut allows this to happen.
