Have you ever thought how digestive toxicity is getting you in trouble? There are many warning signs of digestive toxicity you should know.
When discussion toxicity, especially when it comes to your gut and digestion, the first logical step is to look at how most view toxins, and how those toxins eventually work into areas where they can do the most damage. These areas are in places where you might think they can be toxic, but do a significant amount of damage under the radar.
How do toxins affect the body? You might think of the air you breathe or from toxic chemicals; these can't be good for our body. But it's important to drill down a bit more and begin to focus on how your brain reacts once those toxins are ingested in and by the body.
If you have been following this page for any length of time, you might know how the brain and gut are related. When it comes to toxins, any toxic effects on the brain is amplified in our gut. Why? It's because our immune system resides in the gut and is put on high-alert when the body begins to experience a bit of toxicity. A breakdown in our immune system means an eventual breakdown of our body overall. Let's start with toxic food. Very simply, a majority of food crops are sprayed with pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Listening to the previous podcast, you know that this is often done right before harvest. The reason is to ensure freshness of the foods by the time we consume it, but this also ensures that they have the maximum amount of toxic chemicals with little chance of removal before we pick them out at the store. What's the bottom line? Go above and beyond washing all food crops before you or your family eats them. This is a significant reason why your digestive toxicity is harming you, your brain, and ultimately your productivity.
