When we begin to look at the term "brain fog", and what specifically it is, it's important to note where it comes from, and how it's created.
Most diseases and illnesses begin with some sort of inflammation. The body responds accordingly by attempting to put out the "fire" caused by the inflammation. Brain fog and neuro-inflammation of the brain is a result of the body being constantly or chronically inflammed with little relief to put out the fires causes by the toxins.
