Is there a significant relationship between food nutrition and your health? Ultimately it comes down to finding out what works well for each of us and understanding health related issues like, how many edible plant species are there and available for us to eat.
In this podcast episode of The Mental Minute, I look at nutrition from the basis of how nutrient dense whole foods are so that we can learn how to spend less money on food. By getting more nutrition from our foods and eating a wide variety of foods like more edible plants, there ultimately will be a significant correlation between, food diversity, illness, and our health.
