Are We Feeding Ourselves Sickness?
What's the issue with GMO food nutrition? More and more foods are deemed unhealthy. Can we say that processed foods are an experiment that has failed?
It's my believe that eating altered or GMO foods can actually be starving our bodies and be moving forward towards making us sicker society. This movement towards producing a perfect food is actually the tip of the iceberg with the majority of information being unknown and below the surface when we're trying to understand how the altering and tampering of foods might be useful to our bodies.
In an odd way, the reliance on changing foods through GMO means to feed more people is actually starving our own bodies for true nutrition. Frankly, unless you're eating fresh produce and whole foods, you're not really giving your body the nutrients that it needs. If you are choosing not to eat them at the expense of modified foods, very simply, GMO foods are not recognized by the body and our bodies react to it as toxins and poisons. Doesn't it seem ironic that the body can't use most GMO foods, so it attempts to store it away? So what happens when it attempts to store them and you have digestive issues on top of it? With the lack of fiber and natural enzymes in those GMO foods, it doesn't help the body get rid of the waste it creates because it becomes viewed as toxic foods.
Our body has been perfectly created and when you then add a significant amount of processed foods and genetically altered foods, it reacts negatively and doesn't contribute in any way to allow the body to naturally eliminate them. What's he bottom line? People are feeding themselves sickness by including GMO foods as a large portion of their diet. So are we feeding ourselves sickness or are we starving ourselves through our efforts to actually create “healthier” foods? Once we dig a bit deeper, we'd find that modified foods don't have as much nutrition as we think.
