How Does Poor Nutrition Affect Humans

Did you know that poor nutrition can affect your brain, and if your diet is bad, can actually destroy your brains ability to work properly?  Your brain depends on good nutrition, so it's imperative that the foods you eat go to support your overall health, but more specifically your brain health.
