Is probiotic the same as fermented?
One of the biggest misconceptions you will find when it comes to foods is that whenever you see the word "fermented", it means the food is "probiotic". There are several example of fermented foods that have no living bacteria in it. But is saying it's fermented the same as saying it's probiotic?
