Digestive Enzymes Help You Lose Weight
What are probiotics and what are enzymes and why are they important for you? Are there any side effects of taking digestive enzymes? Is there a way you can tell if you need digestive enzymes?
If you picture the way that you eat in your digestive system, picture it just as one long tube. On the inside of that tube are these little like toothbrush type bristles that line all of inside of the tube. Now, those are the probiotics and as you eat foods, what happens is the food travels down that tube and those little villi, those probiotics, secrete enzymes which, then, in turn, helps to break down the food so that you can use the vitamins and minerals and nutrients from those foods.
So, what happens if you don't have enough probiotics or you don't have a healthy gut, basically the foods can get lodged inside or in between the probiotics and create a little tear and get in your bloodstream so that it causes an inflammation or a reaction. So that's what that is. You want to make sure that villi are good and strong so that it can secrete enzymes and make you good and healthy.
