How To Repair Gut Lining
Is it possible to keep our intestines healthy? Ultimately, we want to know how to protect it from bacteria in order to keep our immune system strong.
Probiotics have a mission in our bodies to shield the intestinal barrier from breaking down. They also can effect on how tight of a barrier our intestinal cell wall is, and ultimately whether or not it can and will be impenetrable for bad bacteria and toxins. How effective the probiotics are in holding our intestinal cells together serves as the seal between those cell tissues that can ultimately regulate whether or not molecules can enter the bloodstream. But how is its strength determined?
It's mostly determined by the foods we eat and supported by the different strains of good bacteria within our bodies.
This little known fact, coupled with the knowledge that our digestive tract houses numerous bacterial species whose primary activity is to keep our intestinal walls healthy and strong, assist in the break down of food, and strengthen our immune response to toxins should be enough to help us realize the importance of probiotics. The immune system response is of utmost importance because it helps our body combat a plethora of pollutants that we ingest and breathe in over our lifetimes. So how do we repair our gut lining to keep it strong? Consume enough nutritious foods, keep toxins to a minimum and our digestion healthy and you have an easy way to explain your gut lining and why it's important to our overall health.
