How To Control Diabetes And Cholesterol
With all discussions around blood pressure, we should be asking how can eating fat lower your cholesterol? Is there a way that we can eat certain foods (without starving or depriving ourselves) that can actually help our body become stronger and able to handle inflammation more effectively? Would It surprise you if I said there already was, and our body actually needs it daily.
It is, and it's called cholesterol. So how can cholesterol affect your heart? There is a big misconception that cholesterol is simply things that cause high blood pressure, but in this week's Go With Your Gut podcast episode, I explain how cholesterol really works.
