Health secrets for better digestion
,In today's episode of the Go With Your Gut Podcast, I look at what I think is a food group that is absolutely vital to better gut health and digestion: prebiotics and prebiotic foods.
It seems everyone knows what a probiotic is, but rarely do people mention prebiotics in the same breath. I wondered why and decided to make a 4 minute podcast to reiterate the reasons why, if you don't include prebiotics in your diet, the full benefit of those probiotic pills and supplements will ultimately be wasted.
