One of the key components of holistic health is achieved is by strengthening your mental health. When you begin to focus on "sharpening your tool", your emotional intelligence and mental health are sure to improve as well. I like to call it strength training and mental health for the brain.
But, the welfare of your intellectual is strong by incessantly partaking challenging efforts of the mind. In doing so, this mental growth can assist you to build new skills, and inspire you to challenge the statue quo, and inspire and assist you to grow. Of course the ways are endless, but you may opt for other ways to keep your mind sharp depending on how and what your mood feels like at the time. For some, that that might entail brain games, puzzles, or scholastic endeavors. Even merely partaking in personal relationships and intellectually stimulating conversations and debates will strengthen this pillar.
Some people experience intellectual booms through self discovery and personal advancement of their goals. Things like educational efforts, getting deeply involved in your community or alternative avenues of areas of growth in your city might be a way to stimulate your mind.
