Body System Eliminate Waste
Do you understand the importance of eliminating body waste? Eliminating waste from the body is the key to reducing toxicity and chronic inflammation.
I think it's time to begin a healthy discussion about how we all should be looking to actually remove food waste from our system. To have a meaningful discussion about that, rather than look at what the process of eliminating bowel movements is, we should look at how healthy gut flora can heal your digestive system and help your body naturally eliminate the wastes that have been accumulated.
This focus is not as simple as choosing a pill or fiber product. If there are issues, it would require some significant changes to food habits and even going so far as to say that there needs to be some possible lifestyle changes as well. By making these food and lifestyle choices. The body could naturally get back to restoring itself by letting the microbiome do its job so it could be in more relaxed state. Why is this important? If your digestion is relaxed and doesn't strain itself in its attempt to remove waste, then energy is not expended and the immune system wouldn't be compromised and would be able to focus on repairing the body of any issues that may arise.
It's a situation where you can't actually perform two tasks simultaneously. Provide your body with the tools each organ needs to perform its tasks separately, and the overall body won't be prone to breakdown. And if you look at your bowel movement issues now and have your body system do its job of eliminating waste, you'll understand why eliminating waste is important.
