Digestion And Energy Levels
There are 3 issues of a poor digestive system; all relate to the elimination of foods and the problems with it. Here are the digestive problem symptoms.
When your digestive system is not running efficiently, there are 3 main concerns that can happen as a result. These are: 1. Loss of energy 2. Lack of nutrition absorption, 3. Clogged lymphatic system.
The amazing part is that all three of them are interrelated. How? It works like this. If our colons are backed up, then the digestive system is constantly using energy to try to work it through. Our lymphatic system then slows down because a large amount of the body's waste leaves through the colon but can't due to the blockage. Considering this waste is toxic (meaning the body doesn't need it) because it can't be removed, it builds up in our cells. Think of it this way. Fat backed up in our lymphatic system equal stored toxins. This is never a good thing.
When we are backed up, our intestinal flora is unbalanced which means we aren't absorbing the nutrients from the foods we are eating. So no matter how “healthy” we are trying to eat, the foods are never nutritious enough, and in turn, all of our organs are not being supported adequately. It's amazing how all of this is tied together. The body never works singularly. Each function affects some other component of our body enabling it to run efficiently and productively. Once a bodily function runs inefficiently, the whole body is affected negatively. It's important to address digestive problems and symptoms as they occur, especially as it relates to eliminating waste. If it's not up to par, our digestion and energy levels are negatively affected. This is the reason why we must always understand why proper digestion of food is essential.
