Probiotics Battle With Antibiotics
Better gut health requires you to know what antibiotic resistance is. Bacteria resistance and antibiotic resistance are correlated for digestive strength.
Understanding this relationship begins at first understanding how toxicity influences the intestine. One very strong and poisonous invader is antibiotics. Of course, there can be some benefit in taking antibiotics, but believing that they are a cure-all and overuse can do significant damage to our gut health and ultimately our toxicity levels and how much good bacteria flora is in our bodies.

Do Vaccines Work Against Bacterial Infections?
What are vaccines and how do they work? Is there some relationship between how vaccines affect our gut and our immune system to the point where we might consider whether it would be probiotics vs. vaccines?
All of us is acquainted with the idea of what a vaccination. A crippled virus is injected via a shot, and the immune system prepares itself for the attack of the real virus someday later. But did you realize that it is feasible to do some thing similar with micro organisms? Pharmaceuticals Stop Symptoms, Not Cures
How does one develop bacterial resistance to antibiotics? Is it because pharmaceuticals don't work or is it because our bodies are constantly evolving?
I've always looked at our gut microbiome as a way we achieve optimal health. How is that possible? Well, we know an approach that doesn't work, that's visiting the doctor and obtaining prescriptions for pharmaceutical drugs. What I find fascinating is despite over a trillion dollars of research expenditures, few curative drugs have been invented. You ever thought about that? Antibiotics for bacterial infections are almost the only candidate, and bacteria are already evolving and developing resistance on the current list of antibiotics that we have on the marketplace today. Vaccination Effects
It seems there is no more of a toxic word in American lexicon than that of the word, "Vaccinations". It's important to note this post is not taking a pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine stance. It's simply to look at it from a non-linear perspective and completely from a digestive standpoint.⠀
So let's first ask the question, "What is a vaccine?" A vaccine is when you inject a bacterial or virus in your body so that your body responds by creating the proper antibodies in your immune system. The thought is that by creating the antibodies in response to the vaccine, the body would be better able to "defend" itself form the virus. That's the idea of how a vaccine should and would work in "normal" situations. ⠀ |
