I'd like to discuss nutrition, and really bio hacking nutrition, and how the key to your long term success will be built upon three things. Foods bring people together, it's the source of pleasure. It also serves as the foundation that really can build on anything else that makes this body run. There's a challenge in nutrition, unfortunately, that dualistic approach in saying, "This food is bad, this food is good."
Don't Be Reactive About Your Health
Are there any healthy lifestyle changes you should follow to lose weight? Weight loss and mental health require you to think about how to be proactive about your health This encompasses healthy lifestyle changes surrounding food.
Are you making the necessary healthy lifestyle changes in order to improve your digestion and gut health? If you believe you are, the next logical question should be whether you are being proactive or reactive when it comes to improving your digestion.
Combining Different Foods
Is there something they don't want you to know about food combining? There are many food combinations that are good and food combining is important for your overall health.
I'd like to begin talking about food combining and using the illustration of eating a hamburger and bun, why that could be the cause of your indigestion, gas and bloating. When you eat a hamburger and bun, the protein's secrete digestive enzymes because it needs an acidic environment. Carbohydrates require an alkaline environment secrete digestive enzymes accordingly as well. So releasing those digestive enzymes essentially you can see there's a possibility that they could actually neutralize each other out and slow down digestion. What happens when you slow down digestion?
