Allergy Symptoms In Poor Digestive System
What is that that causes allergies to affect negatively your immune system? Does a compromised immune system cause allergies or are allergies low immune system causes?
If you've followed this blog for a while, you know that I strongly believe there is a connection our microbiome has in fighting seasonal and chronic allergies. Now, it's important to note that food allergies have ballooned by over 45% in kids since the mid-nineties. There are numerous theories, and I have tried to hypothesize why. The one gaining the foremost traction stems from the drastic modified food choices kids face today. This change (and not for the better) in modified feeding habits has altered the microbiome composition of a majority of teens.
Relationship Between Immune System And Inflammation
There is a strong relationship between a healthy microbiome and a healthy gut. If unhealthy, this can cause significant cell damage and inflammation. Are you doing all you can to reduce gut inflammation
It's important to sometimes go back to the fundamentals concerning the “Bugs,” or the microbiome in our gut. Now, our bodies contain thirty to fifty trillion additional cells of microorganisms living in your intestines, and though, these microorganism do not weigh a significant amount in terms of pounds, they really improve our health in numerous ways that extend far beyond this article. The primary place to begin looking at our microbiome is within the gut itself.
Recent analysis has shown that the smart microorganisms move in tandem with the thin tissue cells lining of the gut so, the ultimately the cells of the immune system fight the unhealthy microorganisms like the most common forms of food poisoning, Salmonella. Now, salmonella evokes a powerful inflammatory reaction.
How To Control Diabetes And Cholesterol
With all discussions around blood pressure, we should be asking how can eating fat lower your cholesterol? Is there a way that we can eat certain foods (without starving or depriving ourselves) that can actually help our body become stronger and able to handle inflammation more effectively? Would It surprise you if I said there already was, and our body actually needs it daily.
I've discovered in many instances, being obese starts with poor digestion. If not controlled, obesity originates from poor digestion in the gut.
In this week's episode of the Go With Your Gut Podcast, I share my secret as to how reducing inflammation can stop obesity. If addressed early, it would serve as a road map as to how to keep your child from becoming obese. But regardless if a child or an adult, the core commonality is that diet has an effects on gut microbiome and obesity.

Brain Cells In The Gut
This is the second part of the 10 most amazing things that you probably didn't know about your digestive health. Today we're gonna be talking about number six, is that there is a correlation between gut health and bone density. It was mentioned about how serotonin was produced in your gut. If your body doesn't have enough serotonin, there has been shown to be a decrease in bone density.
Number seven, there's a link between autism and fewer strains of good bacteria in your gut. People with autism generally have digestive related issues, whether it's leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome, or as I mentioned, fewer bacteria strains.

Has cholesterol received a bad rap? I know if I was to say the word "cholesterol", I bet your immediate thought would be something negative, possibly your thoughts would head to heart problems, blood flow, and things you should eliminate from your diet. But is it all of the negatives and none of the positives?
Cholesterol is actually a beneficial component of our health. It is needed to help regulate aspects of inflammation that we need in order to survive. What Are The Principles Of Effective Communication?
Are there effective communication tools we can use that are physically health-related in nature? What I mean is that when it comes to our lives, everything is either inflammatory or anti-inflammatory by nature. When it comes to eating and the foods you put in your mouth, by it's very nature, thinks it is beneficial and helpful or is negative. Think about that the next time you eat your next meal.
The same could be said of our lives. It is commonplace to have a signification amount of inflammation surrounding us. In this episode of my podcast, I discuss why internal inflammation can come from our external environment and provide a VERY simple solution to eliminate 99% of negativity in your life. And you don't have to do anything. To listen to or download this podcast, click the link.
