Is there a best way to use nutrition to improve athletic performance? Getting the most from foods eaten is important to athletes and their gut health.
Most athletes rarely give consideration to their guts, but they should. Why? It is from within their guts and digestion that athletic performance can be improved. Is Serotonin Involved In Digestion?
What are neurotransmitters and what do they do? They can help to regulate many functions of the body, but most can't name 4 specific neurotransmitters. Many people choose not to eat “meat” for philosophical or ethical reasons, but are completely content in their choice to consume fish. Considered that fish are harvested as many ways as farm animals, doesn't this seem a bit odd?
