There is nothing natural about being sick. In a perfect world, we might live forever. Being that's not the case there are numerous reasons why being healthy is important to each of us in the short term and long term for optimal health.
What exactly does it mean to be healthy, and why is sickness just not a natural state of being. No. Being sick is not natural. Being healthy is it's what we're designed to be. There is nothing natural about having a body that is imbalanced, tired, sick, and in pain. There are no so called diseases in nature. There are no animals with rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis or asthma. Best Plant-Based Proteins

If you're wanting to stop eating meat and consume your proteins from plants, you'll certainly find numerous bits of information that seem to conflict one another in your initial science and health research. . Where do you begin a journey to better health? If you know now is the time to start your path to health, how do you start a health and fitness journey?
Once that decision has been made, a more in-depth question should be what part of your health should you focus upon in order to achieve better health? I believe a starting point for everyone to actually begin that journey with a priority focusing on your gut health. The first step is actually to start taking a note of how you feel, not only immediately after eating but also the next day and the next day. Because foods play a predominate role in those feelings, whether you know it or not. The Heart-Brain Diet Is Essential Nutrition For Health
How important is nutrition for healthy brain development? It is so important that nutrition and brain development in early life is common core whatever style of eating you and your family prescribe to eating. So what is the best nutrition for brain health?
One of the most fascinating areas of brain and gut fitness is what has been termed dietary psychology. Now reflect on what this truly means. Your brain is continually 'on' in that it takes care of your thoughts, actions, your breathing, heartbeat, your senses. It is working 24/7 even while you're asleep. It's the fact that it is constantly doing something that you would understand your brain calls are in need of a constant supply of meals and nutrition. What Does It Mean To Be Holistically Healthy?
Is there a way to look at holistic nutrition as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle? The bottom line is that is formed around "healthy eating" habits and nutrition, but how do we do that? I'm going to be discussing the second pillar of health necessary to be holistically healthy, and that's being nutritionally or digestively strong.
Whether we realize it our not, our nutrition is ultimately tied to physical health. I believe it is so critical that it should have it's own pillar and could actually stand alone. Part of this is because getting the full value of nutrition is customized based on each individual's age, sex, activity level, and body chemistry; every is totally different. This in order for us to strengthen this pillar, careful attention should be placed on your diet and that you give specific focus on digestion. Is A Vegan Diet Better?
With all of the attention on specific diets and specific foods within those diets, it's normal to question whether things like the vegan diet or lifestyle is actually health? It really doesn't matter if you break it down by philosophy or by what you may have read in the newspaper, it comes down to whether or not the foods you eat help you get to an ideal weight.
Are There New Nutritional Guidelines?
The old food pyramid was wrong. In fact it still is wrong. What was wrong with the old food guide pyramid? For decades people have tried to follow it, but as a society, we've only becoming unhealthier. So, I'm going to be giving you part one of Jared's top 10 nutritional guidelines that you could use going forward.
Now, before you decide not to listen to my podcast, I want you to throw everything that you've ever thought about nutrition out the window; food pyramid, low-fat, low-sugar, throw it all out the windows. We're going to look at things differently. Number one, eat well for tomorrow, not specifically just for today. What do I mean by that? Is that what you eat today is going to effect not only you, but your future generations to come, think about that. Should You Eat The Same Foods?
Where do you get your nutrition, and when it comes to getting the most nutrition, is there a way how to eat different foods? This ultimately comes down to food diversity.
We could probably say our standard of living has increased over the past, let's say, a hundred years. Unfortunately, that's not reflected in our nutrition and the way that we get nutrition from the foods that we eat. We spend less money proportionally-wise on whole foods today than we did, let's say, 50 years ago. And that connection that we have with foods and the foods that we consume is getting weaker and weaker by the day. Food diversity is down, illnesses are up. There has to be some sort of correlation there. Don't Be Reactive About Your Health
Are there any healthy lifestyle changes you should follow to lose weight? Weight loss and mental health require you to think about how to be proactive about your health This encompasses healthy lifestyle changes surrounding food.
Are you making the necessary healthy lifestyle changes in order to improve your digestion and gut health? If you believe you are, the next logical question should be whether you are being proactive or reactive when it comes to improving your digestion. |
