Hydration From Foods
Did you know that water can be eaten? When it comes to whole foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, within it, there is water that can be eaten.
The author of the book “The science of cell Water” wrote that the water you drink “will go right through you,” and take any nutrition with it. Hydration is about the water you preserve and it's no longer about the amount of water you drink.
Molecules that facilitate the entry of water into the cells is naturally found in fruits and veggies. This process of cell hydration occurs slowly and lasts longer than simply drinking a glass of water.
How To Clean Your Gut Of Bad Bacteria

Probiotics have a mission in our bodies to shield the intestinal barrier from breaking down. They also can effect on how tight of a barrier our intestinal cell wall is, and ultimately whether or not it can and will be impenetrable for bad bacteria and toxins. What Does It Mean To Be Holistically Healthy?
Is there a way to look at holistic nutrition as a foundation for a healthy lifestyle? The bottom line is that is formed around "healthy eating" habits and nutrition, but how do we do that? I'm going to be discussing the second pillar of health necessary to be holistically healthy, and that's being nutritionally or digestively strong.
Whether we realize it our not, our nutrition is ultimately tied to physical health. I believe it is so critical that it should have it's own pillar and could actually stand alone. Part of this is because getting the full value of nutrition is customized based on each individual's age, sex, activity level, and body chemistry; every is totally different. This in order for us to strengthen this pillar, careful attention should be placed on your diet and that you give specific focus on digestion.
