Is there a way that we can eat certain foods (without starving or depriving ourselves) that can actually help our body become stronger and able to handle inflammation more effectively? Has cholesterol received a bad rap? I know if I was to say the word "cholesterol", I bet your immediate thought would be something negative, possibly your thoughts would head to heart problems, blood flow, and things you should eliminate from your diet. But is it all of the negatives and none of the positives?
Cholesterol is actually a beneficial component of our health. It is needed to help regulate aspects of inflammation that we need in order to survive.
