What Really Causes Candida?
What is Candida or what is a yeast infection? Is Candida bad and what causes an overgrowth of it?
Candida Albicans is the most common type of yeast infection found in the mouth, intestinal tract and vagina, and it may affect skin and other mucous membranes. If the immune system is functioning optimally, this type of yeast infection is rarely serious. However, if left unchecked, it breaks down the walls of the intestinal lining and penetrates into the bloodstream, ultimately causing leaky gut syndrome and can affect everyone.
In this episode of my podcast, I discuss why yeast infections are a result of something getting out of control that most people eat everyday. In fact, yeast infections are not just a woman's problem. If you want to eliminate future health problems with this yeast in your body, it's important to know the facts. To listen or download this podcast, follow the link to read more.
