How To Clean Your Gut Of Bad Bacteria
What should you do to eliminate bad bacteria? Most turn to probiotics, but probiotics are not a cure all for ill gut health. Knowing what to eat it key.
It's important to discuss why fighting bad bacteria in our bodies will always be a daily thing. You know, there will always be bad bacteria in our bodies, and actually that's okay. The main objective is really having a healthy digestive system. It's not to eliminate all of the bad bacteria, but having more good bacteria than bad, which I believe is done best through eating fermented foods, but many take probiotic supplements.
How To Increase Serotonin And Dopamine Naturally
What does dopamine and serotonin do in the brain? More specifically, what does serotonin do as it relates to our sleep, hunger, and happiness levels?
Serotonin is a neurochemical that helps regulate sleep, hunger levels, mediate moods, and actually controls your ability to feel pain. Roughly 95% of the serotonin is created and your gut.
Your gut is lined with 100 million nerve cells called neurons, so it seems plausible that your gut not only helps digestion, but guides emotion.
Do You get anxiety from food? Does that sound strange or how would you even know? Are there anxiety foods that help gut bacteria that in turn helps your anxiety?
Imagine a existence without bacteria living in, on, and around your intestine. How might you might be living: more sickness or healthier? I had two people ask me recently whether they should stop taking antidepressants and focus on a significant amount of pharmaceutical grade probiotics or whether probiotics could ultimately become a substitute for antidepressants. My answer is/was/always will be, 100% no. Probiotics are not medicine or pharmaceutical drugs. They don't need to be prescribed by a physician, and in most instances are not used to get your body to do or not do something it is supposed to do. Probiotics are simply living organisms (bacteria) and part of living foods that go to enhance and nourish your overall well-being and gut health.
