How To Remove Toxins That Affect Our Brain
What happens when toxins are around us? Are we completely bombarded by the toxicity of our environment and is brain fog and toxins are the biggest threat.
The relationship between our environment and brain fog plays a much bigger role than most people realize. Taking a step back and looking around at what we eat, drink, breathe in, ingest, put on our skin, or touch, most everything we come in contact with has some sort of possible negative effect on our body?
If I was to ask you for your causes of brain fog, I bet you might say that it has to do with aging, or the result of of hormonal changes in the body, or that it's general forgetfulness, but in actuality, our environment plays a significantly much bigger role in our mental clarity than what you might think. The negative effects of the toxins in our environment tend to chip away at the health of our brain, inevitably causing a small part of it to be damaged with each experience.
Each and every day, we are exposed to a significant amount of toxins, things that contaminate our bodies, bad bacteria, chemicals, and pesticides. These are just to name a few. Unfortunately, the way that most people look at toxicity, they'll look at one particular toxin and then listen to what pundit, scientists, or our government tell us how there is only a small part of those toxins in our environment. Take, for instance, one pesticide that is sprayed on an apple to protect it from damage during transit: one doesn't have a significant impact on your long-term health. But what about 2 of those toxins? Or being exposed to 10 or more of them over the course of the day? Would that have an effect? Then what about multiplying that over 40 years? Would that have a negative effect on our bodies and possibly influence the way our brain behaves? Of course, it would, but how often do we look holistically, over a lifetime rather than a singular event or couple of events added together? When you take one toxin, most bodies can handle the responsibility of removing it. This is called inflammation. But let's be honest, when you are bombarded with them daily, our immune systems can only handle so much, and being constantly inflamed is never good for our brain and body. There are significant and cumulative effects of toxins on our body. The greater question should be how to remove toxins that affect our brain. Once we address that, the negative effect of brain toxicity might be reduced or possible eliminated.
