The Heart-Brain Diet Is Essential Nutrition For Health
How important is nutrition for healthy brain development? It is so important that nutrition and brain development in early life is common core whatever style of eating you and your family prescribe to eating. So what is the best nutrition for brain health?
One of the most fascinating areas of brain and gut fitness is what has been termed dietary psychology. Now reflect on what this truly means. Your brain is continually 'on' in that it takes care of your thoughts, actions, your breathing, heartbeat, your senses. It is working 24/7 even while you're asleep. It's the fact that it is constantly doing something that you would understand your brain calls are in need of a constant supply of meals and nutrition.
That nutrition comes from how well your body digests the foods and uses the “gas” from the foods that makes all the difference. Very simply what you put in your mouth and eat directly influences the structure and functions of the brain and ultimately your mood.
Like an expensive vehicle you drive, your mind can run its best when it gets premium “gas” in the form of nutritious foods. Consuming nutrition-rich foods that contain masses of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress. This stress is that 'waste' or free radicals produced when the body makes use of oxygen that may ultimately damage the cells. So finding out which foods work best for the heart-brain diet is essential nutrition for health. The bottom line is that you understand how important digestion and nutrition is for optimal brain health.
