Imbalances In The Gut And Insomnia

If your body becomes inflamed or has chronic inflammation caused by the foods you are eating, this inflammation causes your body to produce neuro-toxins that interrupt the flow of hormones, including melatonin between your gut and brain. So how do you address it?
