When you have high insulin levels, is that a symptom of something related to your diet? For example, does your blood sugar spike after eating?
The biggest questions related to your health come from the body's reaction to sugars, and I have found that fake sugars make brain health worse. The more sugar you eat, the greater the chance of brain fog and the greater chance that there is a resistance to sugar. Ultimately, we have to focus on finding a cure for insulin resistance cure.
