How to not explain yourself

Why are some people so happy?
If I was to ask how to not expect anything from anyone, would you think it selfish or naive?  Digging a bit deeper, a broader question would be how to not explain yourself, and is this even possible?

In this episode of The Mental Minute, I look into the holy grail of happiness and determine whether the key to happiness is low expectations.  Do you expect to be happy?  If you don't, then you should probably want to know why are some people so happy and why some aren't.

do gut bacteria rule our minds

Gut bacteria is an extension of you
What do gut bacteria eat?  Are our gut bacteria powerful enough through foods to rule our mind through the nutrition of the foods we directly eat?

In this episode of The Mental Minute, I break down as to whether or not does the microbiome eat what we eat.  Just like our bodies, our gut biome requires certain foods and nutritional requirements to function properly.  Our gut bacteria is an extension of who we are so wouldn't it make sense to believe it has come control over how we think?
NOTE:  Thank you so much for listening to this episode.   Our gut bacteria has a unique make up, and if you learned a bit more about it, click the like button below.  Or better yet, take a picture and share this episode on your social media stories either on Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat.
