Why Animals Can Help Our Gut Bacteria

Animals can improve the health of our immune system

Being Around Animals Means Less Gut Stress

Have you ever thought about if our immune system improves with being around animals? A large percentage of people have pets or live around animals daily so is it too far fetched to think animals can help our digestion?

So it might be possible knowing how our relationship with the land can actually make contributions to having a more healthy gut and microbiome.  Now, living inside a region where it might be rural or personal homestead might be peaceful and quiet, however, the actual cause why human beings choose to dwell in rural areas for better health might be that they can actually handle stress better than their city-dwelling compadres.
Could it be that is because the rural immune systems does now not suffer from the negative outcomes of strain caused by stress?  This is especially true for the people who grow up near livestock.  It's important to note that animals have their own set of bacteria (both good and bad) in, around, and on their bodies.  Now, the animals are protected with and surrounded via a whole set of environmental bacteria that no doubt eventually colonizes on people.  In fact, this bacterial relationship we have with animals have been ongoing since we've been cohabiting.

Animals are old friends that help us stay healthy.  Being around animals means less gut stress because of their effect on our immune system.  Why animals can help our gut bacteria and improve the health of our immune system might be the reason we should all go out and get a farm animal.
