How Medicine Toxicity Is Affecting The Way We Treat Health
Why i am concerned about medicine toxicity? There is an alarming number of toxins used in medicine illustrating why is toxic medicine becoming so prevalent.
Believing that medicine and products we use to improve our health, it should be a wonder why there are any toxic ingredients in those products at all. This is fairly ironic is considering health and beauty products are made to improve our overall health, they include chemicals and additives whose sole intent is to actually manipulate the brain. Doesn't this seem like ingredients used to manipulative our body unnaturally might become toxic?

If you hear the word “toxic” or when we talk about toxicity, the most common thought response as to what is is would generally be some sort of controlled poison. You know the ones. Those with the skull and crossbones notification on it. But as it relates to our overall health and wellness, most are also unaware as to how much and how many toxins we are constantly being bombarded with on and in our bodies.
Bacterial Science And Our Body
How are we to stay healthy in a bacterial science world? With so many environmental changes, it should be no secret why bacterial science is changing the world.
There are many areas where bacterial research has shown significant promise. Although these areas might at the cutting edge of probiotics, they might be considered taboo by many. Would you consider them if they might improve your gut health?
The One Thing You Must Address To Have A Healthy Mindset With Food
How does each of us get a healthy mindset with food? There are so many advantages of having a healthy relationship with food. It is vital to our health.
As we all go through life, most of us (I would hope) want to be on a healthy journey. We should want to find ways to improve our health and live a meaningful long term life. As we navigate this journey, many of our best decisions will come from having a mindset of making them after listening to our gut and not necessarily with our head's logic. Making good (and “thoughtful”) choices to our health is understanding our gut and digestion control our success much more than our head.
Things You Must Know About How Bacteria Evolves
What is the truth of how bacteria evolves? Bacterial evolution affects everyone differently, and there is big money in knowing how bacteria evolves.
Just like all living things, our microbiome has changed through the centuries, and not necessarily always for the better. You probably wouldn't be too surprised if I said that the makeup of our guts and microbiome is significantly different than what was present in humans 100 centuries ago. As we have evolved physically, our behaviors have evolved as well. This natural evolution has been due in large part to those factors that have been intended to simplify or improve our lives.
Who Else Is Lying To Us About The Benefits Of Probiotics?
Is there a quick way to solve health problems using probiotic pills? Most think all probiotics work, but are there reasons why your probiotic pills fail?
The effectiveness of probiotics depends more on choosing the right type of probiotic pill. There are definitely numerous reasons why you might want to begin taking probiotics if you have digestive issues or are looking to improve your gut health, but as much as the media touts their benefits, there are even some negatives (albeit only a few) as to why you might not want to begin taking them or incorporating them into your wellness regimen.
Proof That Gut Health And Brain Health Are Connected
Why do most fail at fixing their gut health? The reason is because there are little know ways your gut health and brain are connected that must be addressed.
It's important to note we are on the verge of a new frontier of addressing our health, that new frontier being through our gut.
If I had my way (or money), I would spend my time dedicated to learning how our gut health is connected to all of the diseases of our immune system or how poor gut health can contribute to a break down of our autoimmunity in general.
Why Our Body Is All Connected
Understanding how our body works in tandem is important if we like to live holistically. We aren't a collection or sum of body our parts acting separately.
It's important to begin looking at the state of our gut health as a cumulative effect of our body's health. Our body is a complete system: everything is connected. We are not simply a head that has been placed randomly and acts separately from the spinal cord upon which it sits. Our body relies upon these two components working in tandem to move our limbs that branch off from that spine to walk, move, talk, and complete any other functional movement.
Thinking Differently About Health
Here's why the future of health lies in our gut. It controls how much energy we get from foods. So, if you want to be healthy, start looking in your gut.
I believe the gut microbiome will be in the forefront of what it will mean for us to be holistically healthy. The first step is asking yourself at what stage in your life are you in trying to be at your most optimal health? Are you eating healthy? Are you exercising? Taking supplements? While all of those are useful and are beneficial, all of these things couldn't be accomplished without a living gut that serves as the foundation to be healthy.
These podcasts are an extension of me sharing what I believe is the source to be healthy emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually: a strong gut.
