Nutrition will fail if you don't do this

Being healthy means that you must do this everyday
If you want to be at your healthiest, your nutrition will fail if you don't do this.  In fact, most health  professionals have it all wrong when telling you what you should and shouldn't do to be healthy. 

In this video blog episode, I address what I think to be the most misunderstood part of health.  Being healthy is overrated because it should be completely natural in what we have to do to reach our health goals.
