If you are a unhealthy, I can guarantee you've been like me and at one time or another became desperate. Desperate in the sense that you possibly felt a bit overwhelmed over all the decisions that seemed to be made.
But getting healthy is oftentimes doing things out of the ordinary, possibly even trending a new path to better living. In my video blog, I look at why the path to optimal living may not necessarily be what you are familiar but changing the dynamics of looking at what it means to live a better life internally.
