Should You Eat Any Proteins For Health?

Vegetable Amino Acids

​What are the best vegetable protein food sources to use? Can you build a healthy body using only vegetable protein as food from protein sources?  

I'd like to discuss more in detail about the real issue regarding obtaining proteins from mates versus proteins from plants and whether it's the same, you know there is information on both sides. This isn't here to sway you one way or another. The main pointed to remember here is that the proteins from meats and proteins, they're not the same. 
Protein is built actually from building blocks known as amino acids, and our bodies make them in two different ways. Because not everybody's body is the same, some can utilize what they need from what their body produces or by modifying other types of foods they consume. But a short list of amino acids known as the essential amino acids needs to come from foods, and according to current education, which is largely funded by pro food corporations who control animal agriculture and preach that animal sources of proteins tend to deliver all of the amino acids that we need and other sources of protein lack one or more essential amino acids, a closer look needs to be made.  But really all a vegetarian or Vegan individual needs to do is make sure that they contain a variety of plant protein containing foods, which will help the body make more protein.

So when you look at which proteins are best for you and your lifestyle and are not a meat-eater, vegetarians and proteins for growth should be the focus.  So where to begin?  Look at the vegetable amino acids that make them up.  Doing so, will answer the question as to whether and why you should eat any vegetable proteins for health.
