How to be proactive about your health. That seems to be how society is heading, or maybe it's not. We should be looking at our health outside the box. 

I'd like to discuss nutrition, and really bio hacking nutrition, and how the key to your long term success will be built upon three things. Foods bring people together, it's the source of pleasure. It also serves as the foundation that really can build on anything else that makes this body run. There's a challenge in nutrition, unfortunately, that dualistic approach in saying, "This food is bad, this food is good." 
There's never anything that's really that black or white. Take for example, fats and sugars. People say fats are good, fats are bad. Sugars are good, sugars are bad. It really doesn't matter because the most important thing are these three things, the quality of the foods, how you process the foods, as well as, how does it affect you individually. There's no one size that fits all, and in order to actually find the most amount of optimal health, you actually have to start looking outside of the box, as opposed to cooking from foods that come from a box. 

In this podcast of The Mental Minute, I look at 3 things the body needs to function and relate it to whether or not eating certain kinds of foods can help you obtain better health.
