Nutrition, Gut Health, And Athletic Performance
Is there a best way to use nutrition to improve athletic performance? Getting the most from foods eaten is important to athletes and their gut health.
Most athletes rarely give consideration to their guts, but they should. Why? It is from within their guts and digestion that athletic performance can be improved. Prebiotics: The Most Important Part Of Health
Is there a food that improves probiotics? Probiotics are living things and need food, so what are the foods that probiotics need?
Today I'm going to be talking about prebiotics. Now I bet you probably thought I was going to be talking about probiotics or dietary fiber in terms of your overall gut health.
