The Best Way To Use Your Gut Feelings
Gut Feeling And Your Brain
How do you use your gut instincts? Do you trust your gut feelings? And got you to thinking a little bit about those you know, the stories that tend to create and recreate in your life and that constantly come up. Those ones? That make you shook your head or maybe you get so frustrated because they keep on coming up.
Well, I want you guys to actually check out your part of the story. Meaning that the one commonality of all those stories is you. And that you actually have the choice to make those changes of whether things can or can't happen to you. You are that guiding force. You're that guiding light, you're the pilot, you are the captain. You are not the passenger of a ship, a passenger of a plane.

I've had my own experience of both good and bad digestion, and I believe it's important for me to share why should gut health and digestion be important to you.
These podcasts are an extension of me sharing what I believe is the source to be healthy emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually: a strong gut.
