What is the second brain in the human body? Do we have a brain as powerful as the brain in our head? The second brain is our gut and controls many things.
When we use the term “second brain”, this is a very powerful statement, so t's important to understand how important the gut is (and can be) to our overall health. Taking a step back, we see the body has particular cells that perform particular functions. That's their 24 hour a day job.

Gut Feeling And Your Brain
How do you use your gut instincts? Do you trust your gut feelings? I hope you took my advice today and listened to your guts and either did something or didn't do something based on what your gut was telling you to do. And got you to thinking a little bit about those you know, the stories that tend to create and recreate in your life and that constantly come up. Those ones? That make you shook your head or maybe you get so frustrated because they keep on coming up.
Well, I want you guys to actually check out your part of the story. Meaning that the one commonality of all those stories is you. And that you actually have the choice to make those changes of whether things can or can't happen to you. You are that guiding force. You're that guiding light, you're the pilot, you are the captain.
