Proof That Gut Health And Brain Health Are Connected
Why do most fail at fixing their gut health? The reason is because there are little know ways your gut health and brain are connected that must be addressed.
It's important to note we are on the verge of a new frontier of addressing our health, that new frontier being through our gut. If I had my way (or money), I would spend my time dedicated to learning how our gut health is connected to all of the diseases of our immune system or how poor gut health can contribute to a break down of our autoimmunity in general.

Combinations Of Gut Microbiome
Do we all have the same gut dna? If we are to healthy as an individual, we should know how much does our gut biome differ from others and why it matters.
Just like your DNA, the population and make up of your gut bacteria is unique from everyone else. It's as unique as your fingerprint. There have been estimates of the amount bacteria found in your gut ranges from a trillion to tens of trillions in various combinations in any of the thousands of species that scientists currently know about. In a typical “healthy” gut microbiome, a body should have at least 85% good bacteria with the remaining bad bacteria. Imbalances In The Gut And Insomnia
What is the relationship between gut health and sleep patterns? If so, are your sleep patterns affected by your gut and the health of your immune system?
More and more research is coming out showing a correlation between how healthy your gut is and how restful of sleep you get each night. So how does one affect the other? Exercise To Increase Digestive Power
What's the best way to eliminate waste from the body. In order to find that digestive power increase, you might need to begin an exercise routine.
If you think about it from a physiological standpoint, getting around and actually moving would, in tur, create movement in the bowels, and that in turn, promote the excretion of waste in the body. But what kind of movements are important? How Chronic Inflammation Is A Problem For Your Brain
It's amazing how the gut and brain are connected. If the brain is unhealthy what are the factors that affect gut health? Brain fog is a common one.
When we begin to look at the term "brain fog", and what specifically it is, it's important to note where it comes from, and how it's created. Society's Health Is At A Tipping Point
Do you have any idea how real is your food? Looking at how we provide our body with good nutrition, we should always ask how foods can impact us positively.
It seems that the health of our society is at a tipping point. The amount of people eating actual real food made with real ingredients seems to be reducing year to year. When you couple that with how the body treats these fake foods as toxins, it become evident that many are doing more harm than good when it comes to nutrition and eating so-called natural foods. No One Values Food Anymore
Should we be asking the question are healthy foods really healthy? Society is sick and a reason is knowing why are food allergies more common now.
How has society moved away from actually valuing foods for what they can actually do and are meant to do, nourish our body and our brain. It seems the trend has been heading to making food our enemy, so to speak. Foods sitting on the shelf are no longer nurturing and healing. Why We Are Designed to Be Healthy
There is nothing natural about being sick. In a perfect world, we might live forever. Being that's not the case there are numerous reasons why being healthy is important to each of us in the short term and long term for optimal health.
What exactly does it mean to be healthy, and why is sickness just not a natural state of being. No. Being sick is not natural. Being healthy is it's what we're designed to be. There is nothing natural about having a body that is imbalanced, tired, sick, and in pain. There are no so called diseases in nature. There are no animals with rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis or asthma. Probiotics Battle With Antibiotics
Better gut health requires you to know what antibiotic resistance is. Bacteria resistance and antibiotic resistance are correlated for digestive strength.
Understanding this relationship begins at first understanding how toxicity influences the intestine. One very strong and poisonous invader is antibiotics. Of course, there can be some benefit in taking antibiotics, but believing that they are a cure-all and overuse can do significant damage to our gut health and ultimately our toxicity levels and how much good bacteria flora is in our bodies. How To Repair Gut Lining
Is it possible to keep our intestines healthy? Ultimately, we want to know how to protect it from bacteria in order to keep our immune system strong.
Probiotics have a mission in our bodies to shield the intestinal barrier from breaking down. They also can effect on how tight of a barrier our intestinal cell wall is, and ultimately whether or not it can and will be impenetrable for bad bacteria and toxins. How effective the probiotics are in holding our intestinal cells together serves as the seal between those cell tissues that can ultimately regulate whether or not molecules can enter the bloodstream. But how is its strength determined? |
