How does each of us get a healthy mindset with food? There are so many advantages of having a healthy relationship with food. It is vital to our health.
As we all go through life, most of us (I would hope) want to be on a healthy journey. We should want to find ways to improve our health and live a meaningful long term life. As we navigate this journey, many of our best decisions will come from having a mindset of making them after listening to our gut and not necessarily with our head's logic. Making good (and “thoughtful”) choices to our health is understanding our gut and digestion control our success much more than our head.

Mental Power Digestion
Is there a connection between your gut and your brain? Is the brain or the gut more powerful? Knowing which has the power to control what you eat is the key to resolving any health or digestion related issues you may have.
What part of your body is more powerful in determining what you eat, you brain or your gut? I'm going to use an illustration to prove my point. But let's say you've got that 3:00 pm crashing and you start to feel lethargic and your mind's saying, "Hey we need some food, food, food," and you start thinking about all those specific foods. But let's say you go pick out some potato chips, some sour cream and onion. You take that back to your desk, all the sudden you eat it. You feel, "Oh, that's great. Is there a way to accomplish healthy snacking for weight loss? Healthy snacks in between meals and snacking are those words that bring up happiness to most people. Happiness in the sense that I don't know too many people that get upset when they feel they have to snack... snacks satisfies, right? But what happens when those snacks don't really accomplish what it is supposed to do, mainly satisfy the regulation of hormones associated with foods.
