Why We Are Designed to Be Healthy
There is nothing natural about being sick. In a perfect world, we might live forever. Being that's not the case there are numerous reasons why being healthy is important to each of us in the short term and long term for optimal health.
What exactly does it mean to be healthy, and why is sickness just not a natural state of being. No. Being sick is not natural. Being healthy is it's what we're designed to be. There is nothing natural about having a body that is imbalanced, tired, sick, and in pain. There are no so called diseases in nature. Is it possible to keep our intestines healthy? Ultimately, we want to know how to protect it from bacteria in order to keep our immune system strong.
Probiotics have a mission in our bodies to shield the intestinal barrier from breaking down. They also can effect on how tight of a barrier our intestinal cell wall is, and ultimately whether or not it can and will be impenetrable for bad bacteria and toxins. How effective the probiotics are in holding our intestinal cells together serves as the seal between those cell tissues that can ultimately regulate whether or not molecules can enter the bloodstream. Now, it's important to note that food allergies have ballooned by over 45% in kids since the mid-nineties. There are numerous theories, and I have tried to hypothesize why. The one gaining the foremost traction stems from the drastic modified food choices kids face today.
